The story

I turn AI into shipped products, digital and physical, faster and cheaper than most people believe is possible.

I started my first business at 16, fixing computers for home businesses in Israel, and emigrated to the United States solo at 22. I spent two decades moving through systems, security, cloud, and finally VP of Enterprise Cloud Solution Architecture at JPMorgan Chase.

The turn came in October 2022. Running my first startup, Memory Gardens, through a cash crunch, I began using AI to backfill roles lost to layoffs, and realized I was looking at a workforce, not a productivity tool.

The louder click came later. I started making jerky by hand, hated the toil, and treated it like any software problem. With AI agents I designed and built a production robot from scratch, proof that AI solves physical problems, not just digital ones.

Today I build the same way at two scales. Inside a Fortune 150 enterprise, I designed a governed research department on a private specialist-agent platform. As a founder, Chicken Butt Jerky LLC and Meat Bot now operate separately, each with its own product and AI operating model. I build toward one long-term goal: affordable, ready-to-eat protein for regions with fragile supply chains.

  1. Enterprise Mobility

    Sep 2023 - Present

    Lead AI Solutions Architect, R&D Innovation · Remote

    Lead the AI innovation program at a Fortune 150 mobility enterprise as a de facto AI center of excellence: scouting emerging AI, architecting solutions, pitching senior leadership, and productionizing the platforms other teams build on.

    • Delivered $5M+ cost avoidance and ~45% faster delivery through AI-agent automation for network-outage analysis.
    • Architected a private, in-tenant Azure GenAI platform supporting 14 end-to-end solutions and reusable blueprints.
    • Built a governed research department with intake, six parallel specialist lanes, production, independent assessment and adversarial review, and human release gates.
    • In its first internal pilot, independent review supported 16 of 16 sampled claims and intercepted two material errors before publication.
    • Led an enterprise API-security evaluation (a 140-requirement scoring matrix) and briefed the C-suite on vendor strategy.

  2. Meat Bot

    Lead the food-automation robotics business, now operating separately from Chicken Butt Jerky LLC, with a lean founding team and governed AI engineering and sales-research organizations.

    • Designed, built, and deployed the first Meat Bot production unit at a USDA-inspected co-packer, operating there since April 2026.
    • Productized the system across eight workstreams: firmware, motion control, OTA, fleet cloud, operator dashboard, hardware, documentation, and web.
    • Filed two U.S. provisional patent applications for the robotics work (patent-pending).
    • Built separate governed AI organizations for engineering delivery and evidence-led sales research.

    Founded an AI-native CPG business operated by two founders and a distinct governed AI organization spanning compliance, finance, marketing, retail intelligence, tools, and QA.

    • Launched the brand in under 90 days on ~$25K bootstrapped, in an industry with zero prior experience.
    • Sold ~4,000 units DTC and built a ~41-store pre-committed retail pipeline (KeHE/UNFI).
    • Built Hermes as a self-hosted multi-agent operating system for back-office work and business integrations.
