The story

I turn AI into shipped products, digital and physical, faster and cheaper than most people believe is possible.

I started my first business at 16, fixing computers for home businesses in Israel, and emigrated to the United States solo at 22. I spent two decades climbing the enterprise ladder, systems, security, cloud, and finally VP of Enterprise Cloud Solution Architecture at JPMorgan Chase. I was early to blockchain in 2009 and to cloud at the dawn of AWS.

The turn came in October 2022. Running my first startup, Memory Gardens, through a cash crunch, I began using AI to backfill roles lost to layoffs, and realized I was looking at a workforce, not a productivity tool.

The louder click came later. I started making jerky by hand, hated the toil, and treated it like any software problem. With AI agents I designed and built a production robot from scratch, proof that AI solves physical problems, not just digital ones.

Today I run companies on a one-human-to-ten-agents model, with agents authoring the majority of my code while I architect and review. I build toward one goal: affordable, ready-to-eat protein for regions with fragile supply chains.

  1. Enterprise Mobility

    Sep 2023 - Present

    Lead AI Solutions Architect, R&D Innovation · Remote

    Lead the AI innovation program at a Fortune 150 mobility enterprise as a de facto AI center of excellence: scouting emerging AI, architecting solutions, pitching senior leadership, and productionizing the platforms other teams build on.

    • Delivered $5M+ cost avoidance and ~45% faster delivery through AI-agent automation for network-outage analysis.
    • Architected a private, in-tenant Azure GenAI platform: 14 solutions, 131 model deployments, 254K+ indexed chunks, ~45 MCP tools.
    • Led an enterprise API-security evaluation (a 140-requirement scoring matrix) and briefed the C-suite on vendor strategy.
    • Mentor engineers and business partners; represent the org to an industry connected-vehicle consortium.

    Founded an AI-native CPG brand and a companion food-automation hardware line, run end-to-end by two founders plus an AI agent workforce.

    • Designed, built, and deployed the first production robot into a USDA-inspected co-packer, running daily since 2026.
    • Launched the brand in under 90 days on ~$25K bootstrapped, in an industry with zero prior experience.
    • Filed 2 U.S. provisional patents (patent-pending); trademark applications in prosecution.
    • Run marketing, operations, accounting, and CRM through a 14-agent AI workforce.

    Built a Web3 + AI startup from concept to market: a decentralized 3D media-legacy app shipped on iOS and Android, concept to public beta in 12 months.

    • Led a 16-person globally distributed team across 5 countries (US, Nigeria, Pakistan, Ukraine, Canada).
    • During a cash crunch, used AI to backfill roles after layoffs, the spark for the human + AI-agent workforce model I run today.
    • Reached ~5,000 installs in early market validation.
